SHARES OF MARNE ELK HORN
Marne Elk Horn was started in 1903, and many shareholders have a strong tie and emotional connection to the company. We have shareholders who have passed down their shares to children. In some cases, this has happened for two generations, meaning stockholders may no longer live in the service area.
Because of how Marne Elk Horn serves our communities, it’s best to have most of our stockholders live locally and get services from us. Shares become available when a shareholder chooses to dissolve or reduce their stock. At that time, they advertise the quantity of shares, minimum bid, and their contact information for bids to be submitted. This bring opportunities for other Marne Elk Horn customers to invest in a strong, stable, progressive company.
