- Go to www.metc.net.
- Click on ‘Log In>eBilling’ (top side of screen)
- Continue to the eBilling login screen
- Select ‘Do not have an account? Click to register here.’
- Enter your invoice number and amount due. You’ll find this on your monthly statement.
- Click ‘I am not a robot’ and ‘continue.’
- Complete registration fields.
- Click ‘Register.’ You’ll receive an email to verify your email address.
