COSTS

DOCUMENT RECORDING FEES:

Fees are $6.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page.

Real Estate Contracts, Deeds and Changes of Titles is an additional $5.00 for each different Section or Block of land transferred.

REGISTRAR OF VITAL RECORDS

Issues Marriage Licenses - $35.00. Three working days waiting period.

Certified Copy Fee is $10.00. Must have entitlement to receive a certified copy of a vital record. Can be obtained thru mail or in person. No phone verification of records.

Genealogy copies are $2.00 per page. The Recorder's office does not search records. Records are available during office hours.

PASSPORTS

There is a $60 charge for those 16 years and older.

There is a $40 charge for those 15 years and younger.
